Two starting points. Everything else, tailored.

I don't sell packages because no two projects are the same. What you do know from the start are the two numbers below, and that the price of your project is agreed in writing before the first invoice.

Fixed project

A piece of work with a start and an end.

An audit, a migration, a new website, an automation, a content plan. Scope, timeline and price set in writing. Once it's delivered, it's done.

minimum per project

€3,000

+ VAT · 50% upfront, 50% on delivery

  • Fixed price before we start
  • Anything not in the proposal isn't invoiced
  • Everything documented and yours at the end
Monthly retainer

Ongoing work, month to month.

Ongoing SEO and GEO, regular content, website or automation maintenance. An agreed amount of time each month, with a report on what's been done and what's next.

minimum per month

€500

+ VAT · no minimum term, one month's notice

  • Time and fee agreed in advance
  • Monthly report with Search Console data
  • Cancel whenever you like

Because an "SEO audit" can take two days or three weeks

A package that "includes X, Y and Z" looks great in a table, but it's a lie for half of clients: some get too much, others not enough. The same service costs very different amounts depending on three things.

🌐

The size and state of the website

Auditing 15 well-built pages has nothing in common with auditing 2,000 URLs carrying years of indexing problems. Nor is migrating a static site anything like migrating a shop with thousands of products.

⚔️

How competitive your industry is

Ranking a law firm in Barcelona or an estate agency in Marbella takes far more content and links than a garage in a small town. The goal is the same; the work required isn't.

🎯

What you want to achieve

Showing up on the map in your neighbourhood is not the same as getting ChatGPT to recommend you across Spain, and a five-page website is not the same as a multilingual platform with integrations.

How the price is agreed

01

30-minute call

You tell me about the business and the goal. I look at your website and your Search Console and give you a range on the call itself. If I can't help you, I'll tell you that too.

02

Written proposal

Scope, deliverables, timelines and a fixed price (or time and fee, if it's a retainer). No small print.

03

The work

I do the work myself, not a junior team. Communication by email, in English, with no pointless meetings. If something comes up that's out of scope, it's quoted separately before it's done.

04

Delivery or monthly report

On a project: documented delivery, and done. On a retainer: a report every month with real data and what's next.

// FAQ

Pricing FAQ

Why are there no fixed-price packages?

Because the same work costs very different amounts depending on the project. Auditing a 15-page website takes two days; auditing a 2,000-URL website with indexing problems takes three weeks. Any package that says "includes X" would be a lie for half of clients. I'd rather set a minimum, look at your case and agree scope and price in writing.

What exactly does the €3,000 project minimum mean?

That I don't take one-off projects below €3,000 + VAT, whatever the work. Below that figure I can't give a serious project the time it needs. Above it, the price depends on the scope we agree in the proposal.

And the €500 monthly retainer?

It's the minimum for ongoing work: tracking, content, automation maintenance or month-to-month SEO. €500 + VAT a month covers a defined amount of time; if the project needs more hours, the fee goes up proportionally and you know before we start. No minimum term: cancel with one month's notice.

How do I know what it will cost me?

On the first call I look at your website and your Search Console and give you a range. Then I send you a proposal with scope, deliverables, timelines and a fixed price. Anything not in the proposal isn't invoiced; if something new comes up, it's quoted separately before it's done.

How do I pay?

Projects: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery; large ones can be split into three. Retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. All prices exclude VAT. Invoices are issued in euros by a Spanish freelancer, with or without VAT depending on your tax status.

Can I combine a project and a retainer?

Yes, and it's the most common setup: an initial project to fix the foundations (audit, technical, content) followed by a retainer to maintain and keep growing. You can also hire just the project and keep everything documented.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Projects end when they're delivered and retainers can be cancelled with one month's notice. Good work doesn't need to lock you in.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

Yes, I work remotely with companies around the world, in English and in Spanish. The minimums are the same wherever you are.

What would it cost in your case?

Tell me about your project in 2 minutes and I'll give you a range on the first call. No obligation.
